There are many reasons to buy a particular console platform, such as pricing, design, power, and of course games. Due to the fact that there are some big name games out there that are exclusive to certain consoles, it isn’t surprising to see gamers purchase a particular platform just for that title.

Now if you have been consider getting your hands on the Sony PS4 but have been putting it off for whatever reason, you might be interested to learn that Sony has recently taken the wraps off a limited edition Gran Turismo Sport PS4 console. As the name (and look) suggests, this is a console themed around the upcoming racing game Gran Turismo Sport.

The console itself will be a 1TB PS4 Slim model and will come with a the Day 1 edition of the game that will also provide gamers with $250,000 in in-game credits, livery sticker packs, a chrome racing helmet, and 60 PS4 avatars, but other than that this is the same PS4 Slim console that many gamers probably already know.

Unfortunately it seems that for now, this particular limited edition console will be limited to just Europe and Australasia and will be released on the 18th of October, so those of us living stateside will probably miss out on it (for now). Gran Turismo Sport is also set for a release on the 18th of October which is probably not a coincidence.
