The Jet Black finish for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus proved to be a hit so much so that the company had a hard time of meeting demand for this particular color option. Apple previously offered this color option with the 128GB and 256GB models of the handsets. Since they were the more expensive models, they were out of the reach of most customers. Apple is now offering the Jet Black color option with the 32GB model of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

This is one of the several changes that were discovered after the Apple Store went back up following the iPhone event yesterday. Apple unveiled the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus as well as the much rumored iPhone X yesterday.

As previously mentioned, the Jet Black color option was limited to the 128GB and 256GB storage models of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus but that’s no longer the case. You can purchase a 32GB model of either handset in Jet Black from now on.

This change brings the price down considerably for customers who want a Jet Black iPhone 7. The price for this color option now starts at $549. Customers who want the increase storage options can still purchase them in the Jet Black finish.
