If you’re after a new GoPro camera, then you might have heard that GoPro has a new camera in the works in the form of the GoPro Hero 6 Black. Photos of the camera have recently leaked and according to the rumors, the camera is said to offer up better video recording than before at 4K resolution with a framerate of 60 FPS.

However the question is when will the camera be announced? According to a new report from Photo Rumors, it seems that the GoPro Hero 6 Black could be announced as soon the 28th of September which is in about a week’s time. The report claims that the camera will also begin selling on the same day so customers will be able to go out and get their hands on it right away if they wish.

In terms of pricing we’re not sure quite sure how GoPro will price its new camera, but we don’t expect it to deviate too much from its predecessor. It could potentially cost a bit more than before, but it should still roughly be in the same ballpark. Photos of the device have also shown that GoPro hasn’t done much to change the design with the Hero 6 Black, or at least nothing major. In any case we should have the official details soon enough, so check back with us soon if you’d like to learn more about it.
