It was recently discovered that Microsoft was offering the Core i7-powered Surface Laptop in Burgundy, Cobalt Blue, and Graphite Gold color options. These new variants will be released next month. The company is adding yet another variant of its Windows 10 S-powered notebook. The new variant is available for pre-order right now and it will be released on October 3rd.

The new variant features an Intel Core i7 processor with 16GB of RAM and 1 TB of SSD storage. Customers who are interested in picking one up can pre-order it right now from Microsoft’s online store.

Unlike the other new variants that are also available for pre-order, the one with the Core i7 processor and 16GB of RAM won’t be offered in any fancy colors. It will only be available in Platinum.

Microsoft is going to offer this variant of the Surface Laptop in several markets across the globe. Customers in the United States can get it for $2,699 while customers in the United Kingdom will have to pay £2,699 for it in the United Kingdom.

Customers who are interested in picking this up can head over to Microsoft’s online store and configure their Surface Laptop. It ships with Windows 10 S out of the box which can be upgraded to Windows 10 Pro if the customer so desires.
