The design of smartphones these days has indeed come a very long way from when they were first introduced, although in some cases we wouldn’t exactly call them fashionable, which is why some users choose to accessorize their smartphones with cases and keychains and what not, but OnePlus has you covered.

The company has recently unveiled a limited edition OnePlus 5 called “The Callection” which was created in collaboration with fashion designer Jean-Charles de Castelbajac. From what we can tell, it seems that the difference is pretty much all in its externals, where the phone sports a slightly different but more colorful (and we suppose fashionable) design compared to the regular OnePlus 5.

This is evidenced on the back part of the phone where there is various cursive words written on it, and the buttons where the power button is now blue, while the sound profile button is in yellow, and a red volume rocker. According to Castelbajac, “I always like looking towards the future. To change the world, you always need to be creative and work with people who are ahead of their time.”

Unfortunately it seems that the OnePlus 5 “Callection” will only be available in Europe where it will be available on the 22nd of September in Paris via a pop-up event at 10AM at fashion boutique Colette, and it will be priced at €559.
