Bethesda confirmed last month that Doom would be making its way to the Nintendo Switch. The company didn’t say at the time precisely when the game will be released for Nintendo’s gaming console. It has confirmed that today, finally. Doom is going to be landing on the Nintendo Switch in November.

The Doom Nintendo Switch release date was revealed in a video interview with id Software’s Creative Director Hugo Martin and Executive Producer Marty Stratton. The video includes some gameplay footage from the Switch version of Doom.

The well-received single-player campaign will be ported over entirely to the Nintendo Switch, it will offer all of the difficulty modes that are already available on other platforms. All multiplayer maps, even the ones that were released as part of the DLC, will be available to Nintendo Switch owners as well.

The Arcade Mode score attack mode that was released for Doom after launch is also making its way to the Switch version. However, it’s going to run on the Switch at 30 frames per second. The one major feature that’s mission from the Switch version is the SnapMap level creation tool.

The Doom Nintendo Switch release date has now been officially confirmed. The game will be available for the console on November 10th.
