Call of Duty: World War 2 will be released soon and fans of the franchise have long been waiting to find out more information about the first piece of downloadable content for this title. Sony confirmed during its Paris Games Week 2017 press conference that the first Call of Duty: WW2 DLC is going to be a timed-exclusive for PlayStation 4. What that means is that the DLC is going to be released for Sony’s console first before it arrives on any other platform.

The first Call of Duty: WW2 DLC is titled The Resistance. It’s going to be released on January 30th, 2018 and will land on the PlayStation 4 first.

There still aren’t a lot of details available about the content that this DLC is going to bring. It’s unknown whether it will bring any content for the single-player campaign.

A new multiplayer trailer has been released which highlights the battle at Carentan during the Allied invasion of Normandy. The map shown in the trailer reveals that the action will take place across Poland, France, and Czechoslovakia.

The first Call of Duty: World War 2 DLC titled The Resistance is going to be released for the PlayStation 4 on January 30th, 2018. Sledgehammer Games is yet to confirm the release date for this DLC for the Xbox One and Windows PC.

There will be three additional DLC packs for this title but Activision is yet to reveal any more information about them. Call of Duty: WW2 itself is going to be released for the aforementioned platforms on November 3rd.
