Blizzard has never been one to shy away from celebrating various festive occasions, and with Halloween around the corner, it looks like Overwatch players will have something to look forward to. In a post on the Overwatch Twitter page, Blizzard has teased several new skins that will be part of the celebration.

The teaser video above doesn’t really show us much save for new skins for McCree and Reaper, but we expect that the details should be revealed in due time. However in separate posts on Reddit, Redditors PfeiferWolf and Mnemosynaut have discovered several ads on Facebook that might have revealed additional skins for characters such as Mei, Symmetra, and Zenyatta. If you’d rather avoid spoilers then we guess you should avoid clicking on those links until the official announcement, which based on Blizzard’s tweet is set for the 10th of October.

This isn’t the first time that Blizzard is celebrating Halloween on Overwatch either. Prior to this the developers launched a similar event last year, so if you love collecting Overwatch skins then this is a good opportunity to add to your collection. It is possible that Blizzard could also repeat the thing they did with the summer event where players could buy the previous year’s costume for cheaper, but we’ll have to wait and see.
