When Injustice 2 was first announced, it seemed that Warner Bros. pretty much focused the announcement on consoles, leaving gamers to wonder if the game could ever find its way onto the PC. Given that the first Injustice was released for the PC, we suppose it didn’t seem like a stretch to think that a PC release for Injustice 2 could be in the cards as well.

The good news is that Warner Bros. has confirmed the PC release, and that the PC beta will be kicking off today, the 25th of October. However it seems that communication must have gotten mixed up somewhere because the official Injustice 2 Twitter account has tweeted that the PC beta will not be kicking off today. The tweet reads, “The PC beta will NOT begin tomorrow.  Stay tuned for more information!”

It is unclear as to when the beta will begin, but suffice to say if you were looking forward to playing it today, then you will be disappointed to learn that will not be happening. It should be noted that the PC version of Injustice is not developed by NetherRealm who did the console version of the game, but rather it will be made by QLOC and is expected to be released soon, which means that a PC beta probably shouldn’t be too far off (just not today).

Either way we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for more information regarding the PC beta and the release of the game, so check back with us soon for more details.
