The Xbox One X is the most powerful console that Microsoft has ever built. It’s actually the most powerful console that will soon be on the market. Game developers can enhance their titles in order to take full advantage of the console’s abilities. Many will be launching their enhanced titles alongside the console later this month. Microsoft has said that it’s aiming to release the Xbox One X with around 70 enhanced titles.

The Xbox One X-related enhancements for games include support for 4K resolution, improved effects and textures, frame rate improvements, and more. Some games are going to offer different graphics options on the Xbox One X, giving players the choice to prioritize either resolution or effects based on what they prefer.

The full list of enhanced titles for Xbox One X includes 162 games but not all of them will be available on the very same day that the console is released.

Xbox’s senior director for console marketing Albert Penello has revealed via Twitter that the Xbox One X is likely going to be launched with 70 enhanced titles during the first week after the console’s release.

Some of the titles that are receiving enhancements for the Xbox One X include Gears of War 4, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Call of Duty: WW2, Doom, Far Cry 5, and more.

The Xbox One X is now available for pre-order from Microsoft and Amazon for $499. It’s going to be released on November 7th, 2017.
