Bandai Namco has announced today that Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 PLUS will be released for the Nintendo Switch next year. Nintendo Switch owners will be able to experience the reimagined retro series with its fast action and intense mazes with this title. It includes Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 which offers multiple gameplay modes such as Score Attack, Adventure mode, and big boss battles.

This title was first relased for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC back in 2016. It’s similar to the original arcade classic but with a modern twist that includes some improvements to the gameplay experience as well.

Fans will find their beloved ghosts Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde in pursuit as Pac-Man devours Pac Dots furiously and players try to chase the high score to get a spot at the top of the leaderboards.

The Nintendo Switch version of this game also comes with an exclusive two player co-op mode called Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 Plus 2P. It enables players to team up on a single Nintendo Switch console with each player controlling their own character with a single Joy-Con across multiple mazes to rack up high scores.

Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 PLUS is going to be released for the Nintendo Switch on February 22nd, 2018.
