We can’t say for sure why Google has dropped the tablet from its store, but like we said, it is considered old as far as technology is concerned, and Google has been known to phase products in and out without much fanfare. The company also issued a statement to Engadget where they said that it is “common” for them to stop selling a product after it has been out for a few years, which pretty much confirms the speculation.
That being said, it is unclear as to how well the Pixel C tablet did compared to its predecessors, like the Nexus tablets. In a way it was slightly more appealing due to its keyboard accessory that in a way allowed it to be a competitor to the Microsoft Surface tablet. The good news is that the last update to the tablet was Android 8.0 Oreo, so if you are still holding onto it, you should still be able to squeeze out a couple of years from it.
