Apple has gradually been building its repertoire of original TV shows and according to a report, the company has given a series order for a new unscripted show about “extraordinary homes.” The new show will reportedly be called Home. Each episode of this docu-series will be an hour-long and is going to focus on the story of an extraordinary home and the people who built it. Apple is said to have ordered 10 episodes of Home.

Apple started things off with an original unscripted series called Planet of the Apps which didn’t really get an amazon reception. It then decided to acquire the Carpool Karaoke series and has since been adding more titles to its catalog of originals.

The other projects that it has in the pipeline include the revival of Steven Spielberg’s anthology series Amazing Stories and a scripted drama starring Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon.

The company has previously said that it’s going to invest $1 billion in its original content lineup so it goes without saying that we’ll hear more about the company’s other upcoming projects in the future.

There is viewership for shows that highlight extravagant homes and mega mansions otherwise shows like Million Dollar Listing on Bravo wouldn’t be as popular as they are. Whether or not Apple’s Home will be able to join the club remains to be seen.
