Handset makers typically bundle free headphones with their phones, but these are usually the cheap, wired headphones that don’t exactly sound fantastic, but do a good enough job where you can’t really complain about it. However if you wanted something a bit more substantial, Samsung has a promo for you.

The company has recently launched a promo for the Galaxy S8, S8+, S8 Active, and the Galaxy Note 8 where if you were to purchase either of these devices, you will be able to get your hands on a free AKG Bluetooth headphones. These are on-ear headphones meaning that they will rest on your ears instead of cupping them, but they are still probably a good sight better than what Samsung typically bundles with its phones.

They are also of the Bluetooth variety meaning that you don’t have to worry about cables or adapters to connect it with your phone, although you will need to remember to charge them when they run low. However take note that this offer is only available to customers in the US for now, and you will be required to purchase it directly from Samsung’s website, although it seems that Sprint carrier devices have been excluded in this particular deal, so head on over to Samsung’s website for more details.
