Last month thanks to leaked renders and specs, details about the upcoming Moto G6 lineup of phones was revealed. However if you’re looking for more confirmation about the specs and features, a recent sighting at the HTML5test website has revealed those details and confirmed what we have been hearing so far.

Starting with the Moto G6 Play, it has been confirmed that the handset will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 430 chipset. The Moto G6 will be powered by the Snapdragon 450 as per the previous post, while the larger Moto G6 Plus will run on the Snapdragon 630. Interestingly enough the listing on HTML5test seems to suggest that all three phones will feature the same 18:9 display of 2160×1080.

This is versus the previous post in which it was suggested that the low-end Moto G6 Play could only be packing a 1440×720 resolution. Assuming this is true, it would be good news for those who are shopping on a budget, in which the G6 Play seems to be aimed towards such shoppers.

No word on when Motorola plans on announcing their new phones, but given that MWC 2018 is taking place towards the end of the month, we suppose there’s a chance that Motorola could unveil their new phones then.
