If you have yet to play Splatoon 2, then you might be interested to learn that the Splatoon 2 Starter Edition will be making its way into retail stores come March 16. In case you’re unfamiliar with what the Starter Edition will contain, it will come with a copy of the game (obviously) and a bunch of other goodies.

These goodies include a 100-page strategy guide and two sheets of Splatoon stickers, all of which will price and sold in a bundle for $60. This is pretty much the same price as the copy of the standalone game, so like we said if you haven’t purchased the game yet, this bundle could make it worth it with the additional items.

In addition to announcing the Starter Edition’s availability, Nintendo also unveiled two new amiibo figurines from the game – Pearl and Marina. According to Nintendo, “This talented duo forms the group “Off the Hook,” and has been burning up the Inkling music charts. Fans love them for their unique futuristic sound, but they’re also making quite the name for themselves as the broadcasters of Inkopolis News and Splatfest events!”

The amiibos will be launched later this year where they will be sold exclusively as part of a 2-pack set.
