While the main Harry Potter movies might be over, fans have been able to enjoy some spin-offs, such as Fantastic Beasts where the first movie was released back in 2016. However if you are looking forward to enjoying the second movie, you’ll be pleased to learn that the trailer for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald is here.
For those learning about the movie for the first time, it follows the journey of Newt Scamander who has been enlisted by Albus Dumbledore to help thwart the plans of dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald, all of whom are characters that are based in the Harry Potter universe and mentioned at some point in the books and movies.
The movie stars Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander and will also be featuring Jude Law who will be playing a young Dumbledore. It will also star Johnny Depp as Grindelwald, although there have been some controversy at Depp’s casting due to the abuse allegations, but it seems that the studio is still moving forward with him anyway.
It will also be seeing the return of Ezra Miller, Zoe Kravitz, Katherine Waterston, Dan Fogler, and more.
