If you were hoping to see more football games on the Nintendo Switch besides EA’s FIFA, you might be interested to hear that according to the latest rumors, SEGA’s Football Manager could be making its way onto the console in the future, although exactly which version of the game remains unclear.
Rumors of Football Manager arriving on the Switch broke last month where it was rated for the console in South Korea. Following that rumor, series director Miles Jacobson tweeted a rather cryptic tweet which for those unfamiliar, references a quoted famed footballer Eric Cantona made back in 1995. We’re not sure if this is Jacobson’s way of confirming the rumors or if it could be nothing at all.
When the seagulls follow leaky Korean trawlers, it's because they think sardines will be thrown into the sea. We're not ready to talk about this, but we will be soon. Keep an eye on @footballmanager for Switch flavoured sardines.

However like we said, it is unclear which version of Football Manager could arrive for the Switch. The version rated was Football Manager Touch 2018 which is a slightly more condensed version of the full game, but we’re not sure if there might be other versions planned for the Switch or if this is the only version.
Either way we’ll keep our eyes peeled for more information, but it’s definitely looking like developers are starting to create/port more games onto the Nintendo Switch, at least more so than its predecessor the Wii U.
