One of the nifty features about Google is that if you were to search for a movie, it will show users listings of cinemas near the user and what time the film is playing. However in an update to Google Search, it looks like Google is making these listings more comprehensive so that users can make more informed choices.

According to Google, “With our latest update rolling out today, you can quickly compare movies by the factors you care most about—ratings, showtimes, theater location and more—all from the same view. And just as before, you can easily buy your tickets in advance; just click on a showtime to purchase a ticket.”

As it stands the feature seems to be only available on mobile search as well as the Google app for Android. It also appears that it is applicable to users in the US and India, with Google stating that there are plans to bring the feature to its app on iOS at a later date. No word on when the feature will roll out to other countries, but we imagine that it eventually will. In the meantime users who are in the US or India with an Android device, you guys can take the new features for a spin already.
