Just last month it was confirmed that No Man’s Sky would be heading onto the Xbox One. The game was initially released back in 2016 for the PC and PS4 and we’re sure that there are some Xbox One gamers who are probably looking forward to its release. There was no mention of a release date, but now there might be.

In a listing spotted on Amazon Italy (via IGN), it seems to have suggested that the game could be released on the 29th of June, 2018. It is possible that retailers sometimes use placeholder dates, but as IGN points point, the 29th of June does seem to be rather specific, plus the summer officially kicks off on the 21st of June which means that the 29th of June does fall within the expected summer release.

Its developer has yet to officially confirm anything so it’s probably best to take it with a grain of salt for now. The Xbox One release of No Man’s Sky is expected to also support the Xbox One X with HDR and 4K enhancements. It will also include all the updates that have been released to date.

No Man’s Sky was announced several years ago and during its development phase, it was one of the most highly-anticipated titles. However its initial launch left a lot to be desired to the point where the developers were accused of misleading advertising of the game.
