OnePlus 5T Sells Out In More Markets As OnePlus 6 Launch Nears

OnePlus has already confirmed what it’s next flagship smartphone is going to be called and the company has also started revealing some information about the features that the OnePlus 6 is going to bring to the table. The company doesn’t seem to be in any mood to continue selling the OnePlus 5T after its new handset is released. After selling out in North America a couple of weeks ago, the OnePlus 5T has sold out in another key market as well.

OnePlus confirmed last last month that all of the OnePlus 5T stock destined for North America had been sold out. The OnePlus 5T was the slightly revamped version of the OnePlus 5 that was released late last year. OnePlus confirmed that its North America stock had sold out ahead of schedule and that the company saw more demand for the handset in this market than it had anticipated.

The OnePlus 5T sold out in North America in nearly four months after it was first released. OnePlus will not be shipping any further units to continue selling the device as it gears up to the launch the OnePlus 6.

The company has now confirmed that the OnePlus 5T is now out of stock in Europe and the United Kingdom. It’s no longer available for purchase from oneplus.com though some retailers might still have a few units in stock. The device was proven to be one of the company’s best-selling smartphones and it will surely be looking to replicate that stellar performance with the OnePlus 6 which is due to be launched in the near future.
