Last month there was a rumor suggesting that Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 could be launching on the Nintendo Switch. If the rumors are true, then this is a big deal as having more triple A titles on the Switch would no doubt help make it a more compelling purchase, although in all fairness the Switch seems to be doing pretty well by itself already.

Now to fuel the rumors of Black Ops 4 arriving on the Switch, Twitter user AUGMC posted a photo which allegedly shows Black Ops 4 Switch cases being displayed on GameStop. This seems to corroborate the earlier rumors about the gaming launching on the Switch, although whether or not this is speculation on GameStop’s part or if they know something we don’t is unclear.

That being said, the last time we saw a Call of Duty game launch on Nintendo consoles was back in 2013 with Call of Duty: Ghosts, meaning that there has been about 5 years worth of Call of Duty games that have passed on Nintendo’s consoles. However Activision is expected to officially detail the game this week on the 17th of May, so perhaps we will learn more about it then. Black Ops 4 has also been set for a release on the 12th of October.
