You Can Now Gift Microsoft Store PC Games As Well

While gifting games isn’t exactly a new concept for other platforms, Microsoft is a bit behind on that concept and it was only late last year that gifting was made available on the Xbox One. However the good news is that if you wanted to gift PC games, you’ll be pleased to learn that it is now available as well through the Microsoft Store.

This means that if you or someone you know tends to make their purchases through the Microsoft Store, then this feature means that you’ll be able to send and receive gifts through the platform. According to Microsoft, it seems that this feature has been popular amongst Xbox gamers, so much so that they’ve decided to extend it to the Microsoft Store as well.

However take note that there will be some limitations imposed on Microsoft Store gifting. If you plan on gifting games that have been discounted, it seems that you will only be limited to 10 discounted products every 14 days. We’re not sure if there are even so many games on discount at once to begin with, but it’s something to consider. However when it comes to gifting full purchases, there are obviously no limits.

This feature should already be live and available to users, so fire up the Microsoft Store if you’d like to check it out.
