As we’re starting to see more smartphone makers remove the headphone jack, it means that customers will probably need to start looking at wireless headphone options. Earlier this year Sennheiser unveiled the CX 6.00BT, but if you’re looking for something more suitable for the gym or exercise, Sennheiser has you covered as well.

The company has recently taken the wraps off its latest set of wireless headphones in the form of the CX Sport. In terms of design this seems to be identical to the CX 6.00BT, but as you can see, there are some changes made on the outside and inside to make it more suitable for physical activity.

This includes the rubber fins around each earbud which have been designed to help keep them more secure in your ears while you workout. It has also been designed to be splash and sweat-resistant, and while you probably shouldn’t go swimming or bathing in them, they should have no problems with a bit of sweat and water droplets.

As for the specs, it seems to be similar to the CX 6.00BT with a 6 hour battery life and Bluetooth AptX support. However it will cost more at $129.99, about $30 more than the CX 6.00BT, and will be available this coming June.
