AT&T decided against launching the G7 ThinQ on its network because it wanted to carry another LG device instead, the V35 ThinQ. LG officially launched the device not too long ago and AT&T promptly confirmed that it will be selling the handset. Interested customers can now purchase the LG V35 ThinQ from AT&T for $899.

AT&T started taking pre-orders for the V35 ThinQ last Friday and now, after a relatively short pre-order period, it has now started selling the handset to customers. Customers can pay $899 outright for the device if they so decide or get it for $0 down and $30 per month for 30 months.

The LG V35 features a 6 inch 18:9 aspect ratio Quad HD+ OLED display with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. It also features 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. There’s a 16 megapixel + 16 megapixel dual rear camera, an 8 megapixel front camera, Android 8.0 Oreo as well as a 3,300mAh battery.

It doesn’t have a notched display like the LG G7 and the Boom Box speaker isn’t present as well. The dedicated Google Assistant button that LG introduced with the LG G7 hasn’t been carried over to the V35.

The $900 price tag, before taxes and fees that is, might seem a bit steep for some particularly given the fact that the LG G7 can be had from other sellers for $750.
