Samsung often releases new color options to drive sales of its flagship smartphones and it’s doing just that later this week. The company has confirmed that it’s bringing the new Sunrise Gold color option for the Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9+ to the United States. Customers will be able to purchase the flagship in this color option starting June 24th.

Samsung officially announced this new color option for the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ a couple of weeks ago. It’s a bit different from conventional gold hues which tend to be a bit over the top. Sunrise Gold is a muted color that suits the design of this device well.

Customers who are interested in picking one up should keep in mind that the Sunrise Gold Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ will only be available for purchase through Samsung.com, BestBuy.com, and Best Buy stores. No other retailer or carrier is going to sell the device in this color.

The Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ will continue to be available in Midnight Black, Coral Blue, and Lilac Purple in the United States. The prices remain the same with the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ being sold for $719.99 and $839.99 respectively for the 64GB models.
