If you love indies, the Nintendo Switch is actually a great platform for them. There have been many great indie titles launching on the Switch and if you are looking forward to more of them, you’ll be pleased to learn that Ubisoft has announced that they will be bringing two indie titles onto the console.

This will come in the form of Child of Light and Valiant Hearts: The Great War, both of which are under Ubisoft’s UbiArt’s banner. These games aren’t exactly new with both Child of Light and Valiant Hearts having been released about four years ago. However for those who haven’t played them or would like to replay them on the Switch, we suppose it’s still a good opportunity to do so.

Plus with the Switch being as popular as it is, we’re sure that Ubisoft probably didn’t want to miss capitalizing on that. We expect that there will be more indie releases planned for the Switch in the future, but if you are looking forward to either of these games, Child of Light currently has a release date set for the 11th of October, while Valiant Heart is set for a release on the 8th of November. Pricing has yet to be determined but given that these are old titles, we doubt that they will be priced fully at $60.
