06/26/2009, AUO paraded its 3″ touchscreen display at the recently concluded Display Taiwan 2009 event, and what made this presentation special was the fact that the display itself measured a mere 2.7mm thin. Now that makes it the world’s first wideview and thinnest 3″ touchscreen VGA resolution LTPS, so we’re wondering when will it trickle down to devices for the consumer.
