11/08/2011, Now here is yet another mobile projector that might be of interest to you, although of late, pico projectors tend to fail to excite the general market. After all, when was the last time that you actually saw someone making a presentation in some dark corner with a pico projector in tow? Yeah, that’s what I thought, too. Still, it somehow makes perfect sense to have a company like Dell […]
11/02/2011, Who would have thought that the Dell Streak 5, one of the more unheralded Android-powered slate devices in the market, has been cleared for government use by the Pentagon? Yes sir, we are talking about an already discontinued device, but I guess after taking over a year to prepare the Dell Streak 5, it might be a waste of time to get back to the drawing board to incorporate enhanced […]
11/01/2011, Dell wants to maintain their market share in terms of computers and notebooks with the introduction of the Dell XPS 14z, where this 14″ notebook that will run on the Windows 7 operating system is now ready and available to be sold in a trio of configurations, depending on just how much dough you have in your bank account. The base model itself starts from $1,000 which is rather pricey, […]
10/27/2011, Is Dell purposely teasing their potential customers by slowly releasing information on the upcoming Latitude ST? First of all, it appeared on a promotional video earlier this week, and now it has made its way on Dell’s Corporate Blog. Certainly this is all the evidence one needs to confirm the existence of such a tablet, but what else can we learn about it that we don’t already know?
10/24/2011, Dell certainly has a mind to include a bunch of superlatives with their latest release, the 14″ XPS 14z. Despite being their thinnest 14″ effort to date, this is no slouch when it comes to performance as it is a fully-featured notebook that boasts its own internal optical disc drive and discrete graphics solution. Form and function carefully amalgamated into a single device, you will be able to choose from […]
10/24/2011, When it comes to video and image leaks of upcoming products these days, it gets pretty hard to tell whether they are actually the work of an employee who had exclusive access, or was it done on purpose to create and drum up hype? We can’t really tell, but we will accept any leak either way – with the latest device to ‘suffer’ from a leak being the Dell Latitude […]
10/13/2011, Windows 7 might be top dog at the moment, but when it comes to Windows 8, there is still very little that we know about it. We do know, however, that Dell is part of the plan where Windows 8 is concerned, especially since the computer company is working on a tablet that will be able to support Windows 8. At this year’s Dell World in Texas, Michael Dell mentioned […]
10/07/2011, Another one bites the dust in the world of smartphones – you can add Dell’s name to the list of hardware manufacturers that decided to stop rolling out a particular device simply because it does not believe in the operating system any more. Dell from Texas might not have been an important part of the Windows Phone ecosystem, but that does not mean it remains antagonistic against Microsoft’s efforts.
10/06/2011, Great news for all Dell Streak 7 owners out there in the US – the wait for the Honeycomb update on this side of the world is finally over! The Honeycomb update was released for the European Dell Streak 7 tablets earlier this month, and not too far away from its initial release, it looks like it’s ready for the Streak 7 tablets stateside. If you haven’t received any notifications […]
10/06/2011, It goes without saying that any spy shots or a leaked device will come in a blurry shot most of the time – and the same can be said of what you see above, which could very well be a Dell Peju tablet. Just what the heck is a Dell Peju? It is not some sort of jujubes that you suck on whenever you suffer from a cough or sore […]
10/05/2011, Yesterday we reported on the Samsung Series 7 All-In-One desktop, and it looks like these all-in-one setups are starting to become more popular, as Dell has replaced one of their higher end all-in-one computers with the Inspiron One 2320.
10/05/2011, A couple of days ago, we reported that there were rumors that Dell was planning on unveiling a new series of ultrabooks at CES next year. With the MacBook Air many are considering to be the ultrabook to beat, according to Digitime’s sources, Dell may have a 14” Uultrabook planned, with Wistron apparently responsible for the design and will supposedly have the prototype ready for Dell’s CES introduction next year.
10/03/2011, The MacBook Air is currently one of Apple’s best selling computers. Granted it’s not the cheapest Ultrabook around, but given its specs and its looks, it’s a price that some are willing to pay for. Dell, who is currently the number 3 PC manufacturer, reportedly has no plans to stop pumping out laptops until they have managed to create a challenger for Apple’s MacBook Air, and word has it that […]
09/29/2011, At the IFA 2011 event, Dell unveiled its lightweight XPS 14z laptop but there was no mention of when it would be going on sale. Well, it’s been reported that Dell has announced the laptop will be available in “the coming weeks” which means it should be sometime in October. The XPS 14z will feature the same industrial design of the XPS 15z and will measure 13.19 x 9.21 x […]
