06/18/2011, Back in April, Apple put on their boxing gloves and stepped into the ring with Samsung by accusing the Korean electronics manufacturer of copying its products. The legal battle went on for quite awhile, when in May, the Federal Court asked Samsung to provide Apple with samples of its upcoming and recently released devices so that Apple could inspect them. It looks like Apple isn’t satisfied with the original lawsuit.

The company’s latest product, the BlackBerry PlayBook hasn’t exactly been flying off the shelves, and now the company has just come under fire with a lawsuit from Dolby. Dolby Laboratories has filed a lawsuit against RIM for using Dolby’s audio compression technologies in its BlackBerry smartphones and BlackBerry PlayBook without acquiring any proper licenses from the company.

A company from Phoenix, Arizona has just filed a complaint against the Cupertino company that used the name “iCloud” for its recently unveiled cloud service that was shown off last week at the WWDC.
