11/22/2013, While the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 might not necessarily be Samsung’s largest phone in their portfolio at the moment, it is possibly their highest specced and most expensive so far. Well the good news is that if you wanted a large screen device but didn’t want to fork out for the Galaxy Note 3, you’re in luck because MetroPCS has announced that they will be offering up the Samsung Galaxy […]
09/12/2013, The folks over at @evleaks have done it yet again, as they snagged what seems to be a press shot – both the front and the back, of the Huawei Vitria smartphone. It will obviously be an Android-powered device from what we can tell, since the front snapshot shows off the classic Google search bar, and more importantly, the Play Store icon that is located on the bottom right hand […]
08/13/2013, MetroPCS is one of the lesser known mobile service providers in the US, and it is definitely not one of the big four (Verizon, Sprint, AT&T and T-Mobile in no particular order of importance or rank), but this does not mean that they do not carry smartphones for the masses to use – albeit most of their smartphones on offer tend to be on the entry level or mid-range scheme […]

05/03/2013, It was just the other day that the T-Mobile and MetroPCS deal was complete, essentially merging both companies into a single entity. While we expect that MetroPCS customers are eager to see what sort of deals they can get after merging with one of the major carriers in the US, one “perk” that they will not be getting in the near future would be an iPhone. T-Mobile only recently managed […]

04/26/2013, The other day we reported that the shareholders of MetroPCS have given the T-Mobile/MetroPCS merger their blessings to proceed. We were also wondering if at that time would the deal be able to conclude in time as originally scheduled, which was targeted for completion around mid-year. Surprisingly it seems that despite a tiny setback from their shareholders, the CEO of Deutsche Telekom, the parent company of T-Mobile USA, has announced […]

The merger is expected to […]

FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski released a statement in regards to the merger saying is “in the public interest” […]
