10/26/2011, If you watched the keynote event at Nokia World 2011 yesterday, you would have noticed how much emphasis the speakers placed onto its upcoming Windows Phone devices. Well, judging by first impressions, it certainly is one beautiful device, especially when held in the hand. Although many people probably don’t agree with the flashy color choices (there’s always the black color option) it does boast a solid looking design and exudes […]
10/26/2011, At Nokia World 2011, Nokia showed that it can think out of the box with a very interesting prototype demonstration. Called the “Nokia kinetic device”, it features a flexible display that gives users a brand new way to interact with a mobile device. Instead of the usual touchscreen tapping, swiping, and pinching, the Nokia kinetic device works by being twisted, bent, bowed and tapped. A very interesting concept if you […]
10/26/2011, Now this is a rather interesting twist – Yahoo! Maps is being powered by Nokia, who would have thought? I guess there were clues to such a partnership already, as Nokia and Yahoo! did join forces last year to create an alliance which leverages each others’ strengths in email, instant messaging, maps and navigation services. Yahoo! will now make the switch to using the Nokia Maps platform, where a gradual […]
10/26/2011, I’ve had some play time with the Nokia Lumia 800 and I was very curious about the new design (which is very close to the Nokia’s N9, with minor differences). Upon getting the Nokia Lumia 800 in your hand, the first (and most important) thing that you would notice is the new design. I did not have the opportunity to play with the N9, so this was my first contact […]

The folks over at engadget managed to catch some Nokia reps unpacking some boxes containing an unnamed Nokia device. The model number of the device has been covered up, but judging by its looks and […]

The mobile brain scanner reads and produces real-time data that can be used to interpret the feelings and reactions of people under examination. Users just put on a special headset, download an app onto the phone and they’re good to […]
