Parrot SA, commonly known as Parrot, is a French manufacturer of wireless products based in Paris. The company was founded in 1994 by Henri Seydouxi. Parrot has developed an extensive range of hands-free systems for cars and is also a worldwide leader in wireless devices for mobile devices. It also specializes technologies involving voice recognition and signal processing for embedded products. Parrot is known for its MKi range, CK range, and Minikit range of hands-free Bluetooth kits. Parrot also makes wireless headphones, wireless speakers, and photo frames. In 2010, the company unveiled the Parrot AR.Drone radio controlled flying quadrotor helicopter.
