Now Klausner Technologies, the company with the patents related to Visual Voicemail, is pursuing Motorola and Rim over patent infringement with regards to Visual Voicemail on the Motorola CLIQ and BlackBerry Bold 9700. Will this reach and out-of-court settlement like before, or will there be a lengthy court battle?

10/28/2009, A video of the Blackberry Tour 2 (now with WIFI and a trackpad). The current codename for this product is “essex”, and it might be called BlackBerry Tour 2, or something else, we just don’t know. Besides from the addition of WIFI and the trackpad (many customers complain that the trackball gets eventually tuck with dust) there’s apparently nothing new, so we’ll call this a minor update.
