03/13/2012, T-Mobile has previously announced that it will be introducing its 4G LTE network in 2013 and today the carrier’s CTO, Neville Ray, revealed more details about its plans. Even though T-Mobile will be releasing its LTE network 2-years after its competitors, Ray seemed pretty unconcerned about being late to the party. Here’s what he had to say:
03/12/2012, The FCC has yet another toy to play around with, and this time, it would be the HTC One S that is headed towards T-Mobile. Glad it stopped by the FCC though, as otherwise, it would not have been able to be ready for a commercial release. Also known as the HTC PJ40110, it has already picked up the FCC’s approval, and will feature an AWS 3G radio, apart from […]
03/12/2012, While the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G has already been officially announced in the past, we haven’t got an official release date – until today. T-Mobile announced that the Galaxy S Blaze 4G (what a long name) will be in stores on March 21st in selected outlets, and March 28th nationwide. No it’s not going to replace your want or need for the Galaxy S3, but if waiting around for […]
03/09/2012, Earlier today we reported that the Huawei Prism was spotted at the FCC and appeared to be headed T-Mobile’s way. Unfortunately the FCC filing only gave us an outline of the design and thanks to the good folks at TmoNews, they have managed to get their hands on what appears to be a press shot for the device which will most likely be used upon its release. We suppose it’s […]
03/08/2012, It looks like a new Android phone from Huawei will be making its appearance on T-Mobile’s network in the near future. According to reports online, a phone called the T-Mobile Prism was spotted getting approval from the FCC. Not much is known about the phone except that it will be offering UMTS/HSPA connectivity, AGPS, WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, a microSD card slot and a 1,400mAh battery. It’s no […]
03/06/2012, I guess things are not looking too rosy for the HTC Amaze 4G, where despite it being the newest HTC phone over at T-Mobile, it is already being booted out of the product line up. The white model, that is. Despite being discontinued on Valentine’s Day itself (it must have been quite the bitter break up, don’t you think so?), one is still able to pick it up from T-Mobile’s […]
03/05/2012, Huawei in the past has been known for putting out affordable handsets, devices that featured entry-mid level specs and came with a cheap price tagged to it. While they might have changed the image of their company with the launched of the Ascend D Quad at MWC, they might be returning to their budget roots with new myTouch devices for T-Mobile.
02/29/2012, HTC’s new range of One smartphones has certainly impressed the crowd over at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, and we do look forward to see these handsets arrive on the mass market shortly. We do know that the HTC One XL will hit AT&T on an exclusive basis in the US, and there are now rumors making their way around that Sprint as well as T-Mobile customers too, will […]
02/29/2012, HTC revealed their One series of Android handsets at MWC a couple of days ago. This included the top of the line HTC One X, followed by the One S and the entry-level One V. If your wallet tells you that the One X might be out of your budget, and you’d rather not settle for entry-level specs, then your best bet could be the One S, and thanks to […]
02/23/2012, T-Mobile subscribers, if you’re jealous of your friends or family that get access to either AT&T or Verizon’s 4G LTE network, well you’re in luck as the carrier revealed their plans to launch a 4G LTE network of their own in 2013, which means that you guys will have to settle for T-Mobile’s “4G” HSPA+ network until then.
02/22/2012, With MWC around the corner, there are plenty of handsets that we are looking forward to getting our hands on, but which will be arriving stateside and which carrier can we expect them to be tied to? Well thanks to an alleged leaked T-Mobile internal document, we know that at the very least, the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G will be headed T-Mobile’s way along with the HTC Ville and […]
02/22/2012, Heads up T-Mobile subscribers, it looks like the carrier has a new handset in store for you guys in the form of the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G. The handset has been officially announced and it will be available in March and will be taking advantage of T-Mobile’s 4G (HSPA+42) network.
02/09/2012, It looks like Nokia Astound owners on T-Mobile won’t be receiving the Nokia Belle update on their phones. In case you didn’t know, the Nokia Astound is the T-Mobile rebranded version of the Nokia C7 – one of the devices that was on the list of devices that were supposed to get the update. However, when a customer reached out to Nokia US about the update through Twitter, the following […]
02/02/2012, A new Samsung device has passed through the offices of the FCC, this time it’s the Samsung SGH-T769. The phone features WCDMA bands of 850/AWS/1900, identifying it as a T-Mobile 4G device and will feature an 800 x 480 display, an ARM11 processor and a candy bar shape – but other than that we don’t have any more clues about the phone. But from what we can see so far […]
