11/15/2013, Information regarding Nintendo’s upcoming Super Smash Bros. for both the Wii U and the 3DS has been trickling in over the past couple of months as we’ve heard of new characters being added to the game’s roster on an infrequent basis. The last bit of news we heard regarding Super Smash Bros. was the addition of Marth, and today, Nintendo has confirmed a Super Mario Galaxy stage will be available.
11/14/2013, Nintendo made some major announcements during yesterday’s Nintendo Direct that put some serious focus on titles that are coming out this holiday season, as well as some new hardware and updates to those that have already been released. We learned some new things regarding Super Mario 3D World and The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, but there was so much more discussed during the Nintendo Direct video.
11/14/2013, When it comes to video game consoles, the three biggest players are probably Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo with the PlayStation, Xbox, and Wii brands respectively. While the Sony PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Xbox One have yet to be released, Nintendo’s Wii U has been called disappointing in terms of sales with some worried for Nintendo’s future, especially with the company’s stubbornness of not releasing their titles for non-Nintendo devices, as […]
11/13/2013, There is an upcoming 3DS system update that is said to unify both Wii U as well as Nintendo 3DS eShop balances into a single Nintendo Network ID. Yes, this is the very same Nintendo Network ID that we talked about earlier this morning. As mentioned in this morning’s story, this particular update would also mean that the eShop funds will no longer remain separate from one another, but rather, […]
11/12/2013, With the holidays right around the corner, you might want to treat your friends and family to a cruise to somewhere in the Caribbean where the water and air temperatures are much warmer than where you’re currently living now. But what if you have little ones joining you on your cruise experience who can’t tear themselves away from a video game? Well – Nintendo has made the cruising experience a […]
11/07/2013, There’s no doubt Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros. for both the Wii U and 3DS is one of the most anticipated games to be released, and since its first official debut during E3 2013, we’ve been keeping a close eye on the title to keep you informed what changes are being made to the title. Today, Nintendo announced Marth will once again be making his presence known in Super Smash Bros.
10/30/2013, It should be no surprise the Wii U hasn’t performed as well as Nintendo may have expected it to as its sales continue to disappoint the company on a regular basis. The latest reports coming from Nintendo continue to show how poorly the console is performing as a total of 460,000 Wii U consoles sold worldwide in the six month period ending on September 30. In total, the Wii U […]
10/25/2013, Nintendo announced a new Wii U Deluxe set bundle would be making itself available starting on November 1 that would replace the included Nintendo Land for New Super Mario Bros. U and New Super Luigi U. This doesn’t seem to be the only bundle Nintendo has planned for this holiday season as they will be offering a Wii U Basic set bundle that will include on of this season’s hottest titles […]
10/24/2013, You might not have been invited to any Halloween parties until now, but fret not – who needs friends who do not care about how you feel when you can spend your time in front of the TV in your living room with Wii Party U as the game launches on the Wii U platform later this October 25th? That is just tomorrow, and I am quite sure that with […]
10/23/2013, Nintendo has been attempting to make its Wii U an appealing video game console to purchase this year as just a few months ago, they announced they would be cutting the price of the Wii U Deluxe set from $349.99 to a more acceptable $299.99. A $50 drop in price doesn’t seem to have improved much in terms of the Wii U’s sales, so Nintendo is now changing things around with […]
10/22/2013, Fans of video games will most probably know just how popular the Mario franchise is to Nintendo, as it is an integral part of the company. Well, we have seen our fair share of Mario titles over the years, and they have the tendency to ride out as winners in their very own right. Thanks to advancements in technology that allow us to view stuff like trailers, we now bring […]
10/18/2013, While there have been several developers and publishers who have chosen to skip the Wii U, there are some who still support Nintendo’s latest console, albeit not in its fullest. Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed 4 is available for the Nintendo Wii U, but it seems that if you were looking forward to getting your hands on some Assassin’s Creed 4 DLCs for your Wii U, you’d be out of luck. The […]
10/11/2013, Those of you who picked up The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD are probably well aware at how limited the battery can be on the Wii U GamePad if you attempt to play the game for several hours at a time. If you’re the kind of person who only recharges your devices when they’re dead, then you have probably cried yourself to sleep as a result of being unable […]
10/10/2013, We did report yesterday that Nintendo UK has decided to do away with the middleman by opening up an online shop in that part of the world. This time around, there are three more Wii U bundles that are set to arrive in the UK, so you might want to mark November 8th on your calendars as that is when the release of a New Super Mario Bros. U/32GB deluxe […]
