Xtreamer has recently announced the launch of the Prodigy – a media streaming box that turns your TV into the ultimate entertainment system. If features USB 3.0 connectivity, HDMI output, an infrared remote control, multi-card reader, and a 3.5″ hard disk drive bay (up to 3TB). In addition to supporting input from physical media, it packs support for Apple’s AirPlay technology, and has the ability to let you access Mediafly, Google Talk, Last FM, Pandora, Facebook and more out of the box. Supporting a plethora of formats (HD MKV files? Check) and 7.1ch HD audio streaming, the Xtreamer Prodigy is one impressive device.
