Looking for a multi-purpose display that can double up as a television or as a monitor? Well, Green House may have the solution for you in the form of their new multi-purpose display which has been given the model number. However, based on its specifications, it appears to be more of a monitor with the required ports that would also allow it to double up as a television.
The display will be 21.5” in size and will feature a resolution of 1920×1080. It will also come with a contrast ratio of 1,000:1 and LED backlighting. It also features a digital TV tuner and a Composite connector port, D-Sub and HDMI outputs. It will also sport a brightness of 250cd/m2, 5ms response time and a pair of 2.5W speakers with SRS TruSurround XT sound technology.
It’s not exactly a powerhouse of a display, but for those who don’t want to deal with more than one display (one for the computer, another for the television), the Green House GH-TV22JLHDK appears to be somewhat of an affordable alternative at $297. At the moment the display is only available in Japan, and no word if Green House has plans to release it internationally.
