Asus’ range of tablets have yet to capture the mainstream imagination in the way that the iPad has, or perhaps even come near to the Samsung Galaxy Tab’s sales figures, but that does not mean the Taiwanese company should just keel over and give up its endeavors. In fact, we now have word that there is a possibility of a new tablet from Asus known as the Transformer Pad TF300TL arriving soon, especially after it has gone through the FCC while picking up the relevant nods of approval from the powers-that-be. The Transformer Pad TF300TL can be said to be a variant of the TF300 model, sporting the 850MHz/1,900MHz frequencies which are required if it were to play nice with the HSPA 3G network, in addition to having 700MHz/1,700MHz frequency support to cater for LTE-based 4G. This would strongly suggest that AT&T will most probably be the carrier to offer this particular tablet should it hit the market eventually.
