nokia-lumia-928-7Are you planning on picking up a Nokia Lumia 928 for yourself? If you are perhaps you might want to hold out until an update has been issued because according to a smattering of reports across the internet’s various forums, such as Verizon, Microsoft, Nokia, and etc., it seems that the Lumia 928 is experiencing a bit of a freezing problem. At the moment it is unknown as to why these freezes might be happening, and there does not appear to be a fix. The problem has been reported as how the phone continues to operate, but the issue is that it does not appear to be registering any touch input from the user, essentially making it equivalent to you poking your monitor and expecting something to happen.

It seems that the problem persists even after performing a hard reset on the phone, which undoubtedly sounds pretty troubling. Several comments have pointed out that this has happened to other devices not of the Lumia 928 variety as well, although most of the complaints do come from Lumia 928 users. In any case hopefully Microsoft and Nokia are looking into this and will issue a statement or an update that will fix it soon.
