ideapad Y900 Windows 10 Screen & Keyboard[CES 2016] Most gamers will prefer gaming on the desktop. This is because desktops can be configured to sport more powerful hardware, have better cooling (which in turn improves performance), and their components are generally cheaper. However if gaming on the go is a must for you, then Lenovo’s IdeaPad Y900 could be a laptop worth considering

The IdeaPad Y900 is a laptop designed for gamers. It will feature a 17.3-inch display and its resolution, depending on your configuration, can go as high as UHD which is actually a pretty impressive resolution for its size. Under the hood, users can configure the laptop to be pack powerful hardware like an Intel Core i7 that can be overclocked, up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX980M with 4GB/8GB of VRAM if so desired.

The IdeaPad Y900 also comes with up to 512GB of SSD storage and it also features a button that upon pressing, will boost your CPU, memory, and graphics. It also has the added benefit of being one of the few gaming laptops around that actually comes with a built-in mechanical keyboard.

Safe to say that the IdeaPad Y900 does not come cheap as it is priced starting from $1,999, but hey, you get what you pay for, right? In terms of availability, it should be available starting in June 2016.
