asus_zenfone_3_deluxeIf you’re looking to get your hands on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 powered smartphone, there’s a good chance you’re probably keeping an eye out for the Google Pixel release, which is expected to take place this month. However if there certain features that you might not be a fan of, not to worry as ASUS will provide you with an alternative.

The company has announced that they will be launching the ASUS Zenfone 3 Deluxe Special Edition ZS570KL in the US, and one of the phone’s features is also the Snapdragon 821 chipset, so it looks like customers will have at least one other option to choose from in the more immediate future.

So what specs are we looking at? Like we said, the phone packs a Snapdragon 821 chipset and will come with a 5.7-inch Full HD resolution, which is a bit of a bummer, 6GB of RAM, and a 23MP rear-facing camera with Sony’s latest Exmor RS IMX318 sensor. It will also come with expandable storage of up to 256GB.

Save for the display, the rest of the phone’s specs should give the Pixel phones a run for its money. However just like the Pixels, the Zenfone 3 Deluxe won’t come cheap and will be priced starting at $799 when it is released by the end of this month.
