The 360 degree camera for consumers that GoPro first talked about back at the Consumer Electronics Show 2016 will soon be available for purchase. The company has revealed some crucial bits of information about the GoPro Fusion 360 camera. GoPro CEO Nick Woodman teased the camera on stage today at the company’s San Francisco event. There, he confirmed how much the GoPro Fusion 360 camera is going to cost and when will customers be able to purchase it.

GoPro’s consumer 360 degree camera relies on two lenses to shoot video at up to 5.2K and 30 frames per second. It’s also capable of taking 18 megapixel spherical photos and capturing 360 degree sound.

The camera itself is waterproof up to 16 feet out of the box and is compatible with most GoPro accessories. It also has a plethora of other features as well such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, accelerometer, gyroscope, and more. The camera will be able to do more than just capture spherical videos.

GoPro’s OverCapture feature will enable users to recapture and share their footage in a conventional fixed perspective video. GoPro confirmed today that its Fusion 360 camera is going to be available for purchase this November.

It’s going to be pricey. The company will charge $699 for it. The exact release date will be confirmed in several weeks.
