The other day Nintendo announced a Fortnite Battle Royale Switch bundle. The bundle included the console, 1,000 V-Bucks (in-game currency used by Fortnite), and also addition in-game items such as a unique character outfit, glider, pickaxe, and back bling. For non-Switch gamers feeling a bit left out, not to worry as Microsoft has announced their own bundle too.

In a tweet by Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb, an Xbox One S Fortnite bundle has been announced. This will pretty much offer what Nintendo’s bundle offered, except that in this case Microsoft’s bundle will actually come with a little bit more, such as 2,000 V-Bucks. Hryb also teased additional in-game DLC which wasn’t detailed, but presumably it has something to do with the robotic costume you can see in the front of the box.

Hryb also did not mention anything about pricing just yet, but presumably it will cost around $300 which is the price of the Xbox One S since Fortnite is essentially free. No word on a launch date yet either, but we can only assume it should be in the near future. Unfortunately for gamers hoping for a skinned Xbox One S console, you might be disappointed to learn that just like the Nintendo Switch Fortnite bundle, this will just be the regular Xbox One S in white with 1TB of storage space.
