The other day photos of alleged dummy units of the 6.1-inch iPhone were leaked in which it seemed to confirm that the handset would be offered in at least three different colors. Turns out that there are actually more colors than we previously thought because in a tweet by Ben Geskin (via MacRumors), it seems that the 6.1-inch iPhone could be offered in at least five colors.

This includes the red and blue that we saw, silver (which seemed like white in the dummy photo), space grey, and what appears to be brown, which would be a first for an iPhone. We should also point out that these SIM card trays might look like they are all single SIM trays. There have been rumors suggesting that the 2018 iPhones could have dual SIM support, although some have suggested that it could be exclusive to the larger 6.5-inch OLED iPhone.

Some have also suggested that it might be exclusive to China, but either way these photos according to Geskin, they are double-sided SIM trays meaning that these SIM trays will support dual SIMs, assuming they are the real deal. In any case the color options are interesting as it seems that Apple is going for a more colorful vibe as they did with the iPhone 5c.

Either way it’s probably best to take it with a grain of salt for now, but remember to check back with us tomorrow because that’s when Apple is expected to unveil all of its new products in full.
