Tetris Effect was revealed ahead of the E3 2018 gaming convention a few months back and the game made quite a splash. This new game comes from Tetsuya Mizuguchi who has been behind popular titles such as Rez and Lumines. Fans have been excited for this title ever since it was revealed that it’s going to support virtual reality. It has now been confirmed when this game will be released for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR.

Enhance Games has confirmed the release date for Tetris Effect today. The title is going to be released for the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation VR on November 9th. That’s merely six weeks away.

Since it supports both platforms, you don’t need the headset to play the game. If you don’t own the PlayStation VR you will be able to play it normally on your TV with the PS4. However, given the popularity of Rez VR, many will be waiting to experience this Tetris title in virtual reality.

Enhance Games has said that more details about the title will be revealed in the coming days. It has only confirmed the worldwide release date for the game today and there’s more to be revealed. It’s going to provide more information about Tetris Effect in the near future.
