Late last year, Sid Meier’s Civilization VI launched on the iPad. For those who don’t own the iPad or who would prefer being able to play it on their iPhones, you’re in luck because Aspyr Media, the company responsible for the iPad port, has launched a version of the game onto the iPhone.

The good news is that if you already own the iPad version, then the iPhone version will be available to you at no extra cost, so you’ll be able to play on either device without having to pay double for the game. To celebrate the launch of the game on the iPhone, the game has also been discounted where it will be priced at $24.

Normally the game is priced at $60 which is rather pricey for a mobile title, but considering that this is a “full” game, we suppose that’s a fair asking price. However like we said, the game is currently discounted so maybe you might want to take advantage of the discount while it lasts. Gamers who are hesitant at dropping $24 can also try the game for free where you get to play 60 turns before you’re required to make a purchase to continue.

Civilization VI will be compatible on the iPhone 7 or newer, and will require iOS 11 or later. For more details you can head on over to the App Store.
