The internet search giant announced its Google One paid cloud storage service earlier this year. It meant to separate the free version of Google Drive from this paid offering, which is essentially what Google One is, a paid version of Drive with a few more options. Those who subscribe to the service now stand to save a good chunk of money on the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL.

Google One offers a mid-tier solution with a 200GB storage option that costs $2.99 per month. Google Drive only offers a basic $1.99 option with 100GB of storage as its next option costs $9.99 per month for 1TB storage. Google One bridges that gap.

Google is rolling out a new offer for Google One members today which cuts down the price of the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL by $125. It’s sending out unique redemption codes to members over email and informing them that this promotion is valid until December 19th.

The promotion follows the discount that Google offered on its latest smartphones over the Black Friday weekend. Both handsets were discounted by $200. Customers who couldn’t take advantage of that deal and happen to be Google One members now have a second chance of picking up the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL at a good discount.
