Corsair today announced its new Nightsword RGB gaming mouse design which joins its portfolio of high-performance gaming gadgets. The mouse has an 18,000 DPI sensor in addition to a smart tunable weight system which tracks the current mouse weight and center of gravity in real-time for finer calibration.

The Nightsword RBG is Corsair’s new flagship gaming mouse. It features up to 50G sensor acceleration and supports USB 2.0 Type-A connectivity. The smart tunable weight system provides an unprecedented level of calibration and control. The system has two sets of weights and six mounting locations on the underside of the mouse.

This opens up 120 different weight and balance configurations. The Corsair iCUE software then analyzes the inputted weighs in real-time and then reports the total weight of the mouse. It also tracks the exact center of gravity based on the weights and their positions to provide even more precise feedback to gamers.

The mouse has an advanced 18,000 DPI optical sensor that was developed in partnership with PixArt. It also features ten buttons that are fully programmable in iCUE for remaps and macros. There’s even dynamic RBG lighting across four zones.

Compatible with Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, macOS 10.13 High Sierra or newer, the Corsair Nightsword RBG is available for $79.99.
