Earlier this year, Ubisoft released Assassin’s Creed III Remastered for the Nintendo Switch. If that wasn’t enough for you and you would like to see more Assassin’s Creed games launch for the console, you might be interested to learn that Assassin’s Creed: The Rebel Collection has been announced for the Switch during the Nintendo Direct event.

This collection will include both Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag and also Assassin’s Creed Rogue. Both the games will be familiar to gamers if they have played it in the past, although they will be slightly updated to make it more optimized for the Nintendo Switch system and its controls and portability.

According to Ubisoft, “This exclusive compilation includes enhanced features for the Nintendo Switch system, such as Handheld Mode, HD Rumble, Touch Screen Interface, Optimized HUD, and Motion Control Aiming.” It will also come with all the single-player DLCs that were released with Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag, so gamers will be all caught up once they install the game.

Unfortunately, there was no mention of when Assassin’s Creed: The Rebel Collection will be available but we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled. In the meantime, you can check out some of the footage from the games in the trailer above.
